Our VIP warranty is about you, not us. It's about taking care of you after the sale.

VIP stands for a Very Important Promise to you, our customer. We will repair or replace your Vortex product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

You see, it doesn't matter how it happened, whose fault it was, or where you purchased it. You can count on the VIP Warranty for all Vortex Optics riflescopesprism scopesred dotsrangefindersbinocularsspotting scopestripods, and monoculars.

Note:
The VIP Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

How Do I Use The Warranty?

Print and complete the Warranty Form below

If you don't have access to a printer then a hand written copy is fine. Just make sure you include:

Your name
Return address
Contact email address
Telephone Number
The item you're sending
The issue with the optic

Box both up and ship them to our address, preferably with a tracked service.

We cannot offer an upgrade service, paid or otherwise for your optic. We are bound to a like for like warranty.

FAQ
What does this mean in Great Britain?

You are covered - same as in the United States. 

I don't have my receipt/know where it was bought from/it's second hand

That doesn't matter - your receipt is your Vortex product. If you bought it in Spain and it was dropped and broken on your club range in Cambridgeshire, you're covered.

Can I drop my warranties to the office?

Unfortunately not - we are an office without a show room and are unable to accommodate visits at this moment in time.

What happens if my optic can't be repaired?
We will replace your optic with the current equivalent, if this involves changing model we will contact you before hand.

How should I return my optic?
We recommend a sturdy corrogated box or tube and to avoid wrapping the optic itself. We recommend a tracked service as well.
